This handrail is plowed 1-1/4" at the base to accept 1-1/4" block top balusters and LJ-6000F fillet.   Fillet is purchased separately. The picture and drawing do not show the 1-1/4" plow. This is high quality "clear" handrail - no finger joints or butt joints. This is a 3 piece laminate.  For interior use only. This version is plowed 1-1/4 on the 2" bottom side.
