Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full purchase amount less any shipping charges, plus a 25% handling / restocking charge on all return/exchange transactions. A Return Goods Authorization Number or (RGA) is required on all items to be returned. Products without an RGA # will be refused. All returns must be in original packaging, in good condition, and shipped prepaid form you the consumer. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to 15 days on stock merchandise only. Special orders or non-standard products are not returnable. Claims for shortages, breakage, or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment is received. Customer must count and inspect items inside boxes at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery slip from Transportation Company. (Failure to due this will void the return policy, therefore NO refunds will be issued, NO EXCEPTIONS).
