About Our Iron Balusters

 

All iron balusters are 44" long with a 1/2" diameter "knub" on the top 3/4" of the baluster.  This allows the installer to drill a 9/16" round hole in the bottom of unplowed hardwood handrail to accept the top of each baluster.   We recommend using LJ-9100

Kneewall Series (indicated with a "KW" in the part #) has pattern centered 16" from the top.  Use these if you have a curb (or "pony") wall going up the stairs.

All other Series (indicated with "HOL" or "MG" in the part #) have pattern centered 18" from the top.
